Snowbell Management was founded in 2001 by Belinda Roberts and is based in London.

With over 20 years experience in the cosmetics industry, Belinda started her career in product development and marketing at Colourings, the colour cosmetics subsidiary of The Body Shop and Jafra Cosmetics, a Gillette company.  Further senior management roles followed including International Business Development Manager at Cabouchon, a costume jewellery company, followed by a sales and marketing role at Cosmetics Plus, a UK contract manufacturer.

Since setting up Snowbell, Belinda has worked on a number of diverse marketing and brand development projects with large organisations including Debenhams, Pretty Polly and The White Company to start ups and smaller entrepreneurial companies such as The Refinery, Jo Wood Organics and Real Hair.  With her flexible and professional approach and a proven track record of creating unique, innovative brands Belinda has a broad range of both creative and commercial skills.  She has worked with many other industry experts such as graphic designers, PR, photographers and sales distributors which can be introduced as required to help build your brand and your business.
