About the Company

Snowbell Management was founded in 2001 by Belinda Roberts and is based in north London, UK.

Belinda has over 20 years experience in the cosmetics industry, starting her career in product development and marketing at Colourings, the colour cosmetics subsidiary of The Body Shop working for the internationally renowned make-up artist Barbara Daly.

She continued her career in product development, marketing and international business development with Jafra Cosmetics, a Gillette company, Cabouchon, a costume jewellery company and Cosmetics Plus, a UK contract manufacturer as well as contract roles at Debenhams before setting up her consultancy over 10 years ago.  She has since developed a diverse range of products including premium spa, male grooming, organic, cosmeceutical and facialist brands.

Belinda has a flexible, practical, hands-on approach and has built up an extensive list of contacts throughout the industry to support the development, launch and distribution of clients’ brands. These include formulation chemists, manufacturers, packaging suppliers, graphic designers, photographers, PR consultants and sales distributors, all experts in their chosen field.
